The Nebbiolo is Legnoart's larger sommelier corkscrew, made deliberately oversized. The extra length gives you more leverage and a steadier grip, which is why it was developed with working sommeliers rather than for a display case. The double-hinged fulcrum is the working part. Against a single-hinge corkscrew it gives you a second bite at the bottle lip, so a long cork comes out in two clean, vertical pulls instead of being levered sideways until it breaks. The screw itself is a professional profile. The frame is high-grade stainless steel with a mirror finish, and there is a serrated foil cutter built in plus an engraved back handle. Overall length is 5.5 in.
