We are required to collect applicable sales taxes on orders shipped to Texas.

Sale Prices
Sale prices are offered to our customers for a limited time and on specific merchandise. Sale prices are not applicable to prior purchase.

Order Status
You can check the status of your AKA Dwelling's order,by logging into your account. If you placed your order Monday through Friday, except for holidays, You will receive an order confirmation via email. If you have not received the email confirmation, please contact us at atyourservice@akadwelling.com. You may also log into your account and view your order placed at akadwelling.com

Backorders
If we are currently out of stock on an item that you have ordered, we will immediately notify you of the anticipated shipping date via email; ship dates sent by e-mail represent the most current information and in certain rare instances may not match the date you were given when you placed your order online. We ship all items as they become available; if you have ordered more than one item and not all of them are in stock, you will receive multiple shipments, and delivery and handling charges will be billed on a pro-rated basis.

Gift Certificates
To redeem a gift certificate online, please enter the gift certificate number during checkout. If the amount of your order exceeds the amount of the gift certificate, we will require you to enter a credit card. If the total cost of your order is less than the gift certificate amount, you will be mailed a gift certificate in the amount of the difference unless the amount remaining on your gift certificate is less than $5.00; in that case, you will be mailed a refund check.
