Standard Delivery
All items ship via United Parcel Service (UPS) Ground Shipments do not require a signature. UPS requires a street address for delivery; PO Boxes are not acceptable.
Delivery and Handling Charge Exceptions Some of the handcrafted and one-of-a-kind items require special packaging and shipping arrangements as well as additional insurance. These items are not subject to the standard delivery and handling charges. Exceptions are noted on the product page, and the charge will be displayed when the item is added to your shopping bag.
Freight Surcharges Heavy or oversize items may be subject to a surcharge in addition to the regular delivery and handling charges. Any applicable freight surcharge will be displayed when you place the item in your shopping bag; the surcharge appears in parentheses after the item price. Please note that furniture, dropship items and some heavy/oversized pieces cannot be expedited or gift boxed.
